The Almax
range of pipeline radiography crawlers is a versatile, efficient
and high specification
pipeline crawlers. Field tested, designed and constructed to an extremely high standard to
meet the requirements of radiography non -destructive examination in Circumferential Butt
Welds, Steel Tubular installation in oil and gas transmission pipelines.
All stainless steel welded construction modular section, are extremely compact and
lightweight, enabling internal panoramic (Single Wall Single Image,
SWSI) radiography to
be carried out in pipelines of diameter from 6" to 72". |

Standards Features |

Optional radiation source of Panoramic Balteau
X-Ray Tube Head or Gamma Isotope Heads.
- Full remote control exposure by small Shielded
Control Isotopes.
- Powered by rechargeable Sealed Lead Acid
Batteries.
- 4 wheel drive system specially designed for
onshore pipelines with mechanical latching free wheel for retrieving. (Only in Almax 10
range).
- Backed by a 12-month warranty period on
manufacturing defects.
- Equipment mishandling and normal wear and tear on parts not
included.
